🌟 Located on a large corner lot in a quiet culdesac, you will enjoy this peaceful oasis while still only minutes away from Disney parks, great restaurants, and shopping. 🌟 Come and relax in this spacious vacation rental homes in the highly desirable Emerald Island Resort in Orlando. Additional Information: 🌴 The resort requires the purchase of a $20 car pass for each vehicle which is good for your entire stay. We are currently offering one complementary car pass and the guests will need to purchase any additional car passes needed. 🌴 There is a private pool and spa at this home which guests can optionally request to be heated at a cost of $35 per day for each day of your stay.

Just minutes from Disney - Emerald Island Resort features a clubhouse with gym facilities, a licensed tiki bar as well as a heated spa and pool. The resort has a paved nature trail that takes you through 11 acres of woodland, two full size tennis courts, a basketball court and small playground for the young ones just off the pool. It also has volleyball courts and miniature golf.

We had a great stay! The location was fantastic, lots of restaurants and stores nearby, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The house was clean, tidy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had plenty of space for our large group of 15, which was a huge plus. The host was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a delightful stay at this beautiful, spacious villa. This is an ideal home for a large family. Located in an elegant resort, just 20 minutes away from the parks. If it’s cold, I highly recommend opting for the heated private pool and spa- it was amazing. The whole house is themed with Disney motifs, extending that magical feeling throughout our stay. The rooms were themed and tastefully decorated, including some unique drawings of classic Mickey Mouse. The kitchen was very clean, fully equipped and had every appliance and utensil one could ask for. The large living area was a perfect place for us to gather and watch a movie at the end of the night. The kids also enjoyed the pool table game room. Everything we needed was available. We had absolutely zero issues! Check in and check out were a breeze. The hosts are warm, friendly, helpful and very responsive. Chris was always checking in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. A seamless experience in a lovely home!

Chris came to our rescue with an extremely short notice booking, our holiday initially started off as a nightmare (not related to this Villa or Chris in any way). We had to abandon that Villa on the day of arrival and look for another location to house a family group of 13. Upon first contact, Chris was quick to respond to a booking query (within 10 minutes), within the next 20 minutes we finalised the booking. We were able to check in the same day once the cleaners had completed their duties, which was a relief and removed a lot of stress. Upon arrival, the party were pleasantly surprised at the layout of the villa, having booked multiple villas over the years, this Villa was different and slightly unique. The villa itself was clean and no major issues identified for the duration of our 20 day stay. For any query’s or questions, Chris was quick to respond, for most if not all, within half hour. A great Villa and how a host should be. Would recommend and use again.

Chris was very responsive. Whenever I reached out with a quest or concern, he responded in a timely manner! They are very accommodating. It was one of the best that I’ve stayed in. I’ll definitely use them again whenever in the Orlando area.

The house was lovely and comfortable- easily fit our whole big family. Great neighbourhood that felt well looked after and safe. Loved the pool and community basketball court. A toilet part needed replacing as a chain snapped, Terri arranged for it to be fixed within 24 hours. We really appreciated the quick response. Would recommend the house and would happily stay there again! Thanks!

This was our yearly summer family vacation and it accommodated us perfectly. That is one of the things I loved. Everyone had room to move around and be comfortable without being on to of each other. The house looked just as the pictures that were posted. Every room had a TV. Another thing i loved. The kids enjoyed the pool on the property. I didn't have to contact Chris about anything during our stay but I know if I needed to Chris would've been very responsive. When i did need Chris after checkout Chris responded quickly and was able to help with us having a few things in the house and let us go back in. Thanks Chris for understanding! Overall great experience!

Just back from a fantastic stay. The house is amazing even better than the photos, the beds were extremely comfortable. huge outdoor area. Great location. Chris was a fantastic host, so helpful and quick to respond. Have stayed in Orlando numerous of times, this is the best house so far.
